Tiffani earned her undergraduate degree from Westminster College and her master’s degree from the University of Utah. She provides coaching and clinical therapy for children, adolescents, couples and families in both group, and individual settings.
Through play and talk therapy, Tiffani strives to help children and their families learn to navigate difficult life situations, while teaching them more adaptive ways of interacting and problem solving. Tiffani believes in building stronger families through a holistic perspective, encompassing the psychosocial and spiritual components of life, working with every child and family to develop treatment solutions designed to meet their unique needs.
Tiffani has been married for 13 years and is the mother of one beautiful child. Tiffani enjoys reading, playing with her cat & dog, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Sarah received her undergraduate degree at the University of Utah in parks, recreation, and tourism with an emphasis in therapeutic recreation. From there, she began working as a recreational therapist in an inpatient hospital setting. Within this job role, she was able to gain experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with varying diagnoses. During this time, she was also able to become ROPES course certified and provide therapeutic groups to those in treatment as well as in the community. She developed a passion for helping those struggling with their mental health and decided to pursue a Master’s Degree in social work with a focus area in mental health.
Sarah views her own ongoing journey for personal growth as a key element of her professional development. She constantly seeks to improve her understanding of human behavior and development. Her clinical specialties include experiential modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, listening to true crime podcasts, and being outdoors.
Maggie has worked in the mental health industry for nearly 20 years and received her professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2010. Maggie has worked in the mental health industry for nearly 20 years and received her professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2010. She graduated with both a Bachelors (2004) and Master’s degree (2006) in Social Work at the University of Utah. For the past eight years, she has been working as an inpatient child and adolescent therapist and social worker providing crisis management, individual, family and group therapy, and coordinating with schools, medical providers and community resources.
She loves working with all ages and concerns including depression, anxiety, family conflict, self-esteem, life transitions, faith based, LGBTQ+ and utilizes a holistic and strengths-based approach to wellness.
Maggie provides an inviting and non-judgmental environment, invites the sharing of personalchallenges, and works with you to identify goals and direction for treatment. She will challenge you but not push you beyond your limits.
Maggie is married to her husband and has three children and two pets. She loves nature, time with family, reading, naps, and Wonder Woman.
